Deadlines & Process
To ensure your ad is included in the upcoming issue of Suffolk: Unearthed, here are the key deadlines and process steps.
Ad Reservation Deadline — Commit by July 31, 2025 to secure your preferred ad placement. Early reservations are encouraged, especially for premier spots, to ensure maximum visibility.
Artwork Submission Deadline — Final artwork is due by August 15. This allows us to ensure everything is in perfect order for printing and online inclusion.
Publication Date — The issue will hit readers’ hands in September, with both print and online formats available. Your ad will be seen by our engaged audience in both formats, amplifying your brand exposure.
Submission Guidelines
File Formats: PDF, TIFF, JPEG, or EPS (preferred for high-quality print resolution).
Resolution: 300 DPI for print, 72 DPI for online images.
Design Requirements: Ads should include all necessary logos, images, and text. If you need design assistance, we offer a design package for just $275. Please ensure all files are properly sized for the chosen ad placement.
